The Training and Development module is an automated system that monitors all training activities sponsored by the company to boost employees’ productivity. It is a tool intended for training coordinators who run a training department, expected to conduct regular programs, and monitor training objectives whether achieved or not. The module records all types of training programs sponsored by the company to provide the right knowledge for them to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.

  • Facilitates the flow of designing and conducting training programs in house since related information such as schedules, costing, selection, training consultants and enrollment are stored into the system. 
  • Allows automatic generation of possible attendees when used with Competency and Job Profiling, Performance Appraisal, or even Health and Safety. After completion of training, trainees' 201-File can be updated also.
     
  • The configurable training program allows objectives and training effectiveness be injected into the program. Objectives can be set as trainee evaluating points that are personal dimension or competency based.
     
  • On-line training or trainee evaluation can be performed as evaluators are guided with outline, questions and numerical rating choices including their respective description and comments.
     
  • Includes comprehensive queries and drillable reports to monitor cost, enrollment and the training conducted for any given period.
