President and Chief Technology Officer. He founded the company after a short stint in education and systems engineering. He initiates and supervises all product development and oversees the operations of both Technical Support and Implementation Services groups. A product of UPLB and known for his exceptional creativity and innovation.

Pinky Cubillo-Abanes

COO, Sales and Marketing Director. Co-founder of ACLT, she develops the market of Prime HRIS. With vast knowledge and accumulated experience of hr practices from different clients across industries, she participates in the direction setting of the software. Equipped with master degrees in Business Administration and Industrial Relations, she also runs the operations of the company.

Rommel Albayda

Product Development. He is mainly responsible for technology research and development of product lines of the company. Also developing standards and operating procedures for all development and customer service activities. As one of the senior technical officers, he also oversees system audit, quality control, documentation and training. Rommel is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
