The 8th Prime Users Conference

ACLT Computing Inc., on the occasion of its 15th Unparalleled Market Leadership in providing the best HR Management Systems in the Philippines, successfully concluded the 8th Prime HRIS Users’ Conference held at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant, Greenbelt 3, Makati City last September 4, 2009.

The half day event was a bi annual gathering of Prime HRIS Users and Executives with ACLT Staff and Management discussing current issues and concerns to promote open communication and improve camaraderie among club members and the entire Prime Community.  For ACLT Management and Staff, it is an opportunity for us to share to the Club Members the activities undertaken for the past year under the Software Maintenance Program including the status of the updates on government mandated changes specifically on R.A 9504.

On ACLT’S 15th Year, Prime Users also heard of Prime HRIS role in implementing Balance Score Card in their organization. Organizational Development and Human Resource Management consultant Rene Serapio, FPM a former Prime User as the Senior VP for HR of SIEMENS himself elaborately explained step by step BSC Implementation with the help of Prime HRIS. With the help of an Open Forum, it was further discussed by the Co developer of Prime Ms. Pinky Abanes the exact correlation of the systems functionalities to the implementation of Balance Score Card (BSC).

After the sumptuous early dinner, games, raffle of prizes and awards were made giving out gift items and certificates coming from some of the very active list of clients, SM (ShoeMart), Unilever Philippines and Philippine Seven Corporation that made the delegates stay until the last part of the event.

Workshop followed after a working break on the suggestions and recommendations posed by the Partner Clients as to the direction of Prime HRIS and its allied services. ACLT had been very thankful for the Prime Users because for 15 years now, they shaped the direction of ACLT’s development Team. “We were able to develop the most advance Human Resource Management System in the country because of them” says our President Cris Abanes.

The 8th Prime Users conference was attended by close to a hundred delegates representing Prime HRIS Users and executives from the 39 leading companies in the country headed by no less the Retail giant SM, one of the leading Manufacturers in the country Unilever and Kraft, the call center pioneers Etelecare Global Solutions, Aegis People Support, Siemens, American Data Exchange and OSRP and Hoteliers Dusit Thani, Mandarin Oriental Manila and Manila Pavilion.

The event was also attended by the carmaker Honda, banking industry players Planters Development Bank and UCPB, Pharmaceutical Merck and Novartis, the Philippine Seven Eleven, anti virus maker Trend Micro, and the food industry leaders Yellow Cab and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Executives from NEC Topan, IRRI, Landco, Chicago Builders Inc., Healthy Options, Lowe, Air Philippines also graced the occasion.
