Customer Relationship Module in Beta
myPrimeHR Customer Relationship Module (CRM codenamed Perceptor) is now open for Beta. Premium clients of ACLT will soon receive invites and upon acceptance, reap the benefits of an online support system for all their Prime concerns. Aside from the basic myprimehr online services, associated customers can:
- Submit and Manage Support Tickets. With a ticketing system, all request for support and onsite visits are tracked accordingly, hence assures customer the necessary service level.
- View Premium Community and aclt Generated Contents. Once registered, myprimehr users can participate in the human resource community forums and browse the growing knowledge base for Prime System.
If your company is under software maintenance agreement with aclt and have not yet received the email invitation to associate, contact your aclt support personnel for more details.
