This facility is used when you need to retrieve your password. Please follow the steps below:
Enter the User ID you registered
Enter the validation text you see
Click the Validate button when the correct information has been entered into the required fields
Answer the challenge question and then Click the Submit button.
The system will process your request and send the information in your password.
